Pet Boarding Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
Saturday 7:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday - Closed

 Pet boarding is a special relationship between pet owners, their pets and myself.  Every pet owner wants the best for their pet every moment of every day. While your pet is in my care I make sure each and every pet is happy, safe, and well taken care of. Your pet will be spoiled right along my own dogs. If you go away for the weekend on a long vacation, take comfort in knowing your pet is well taken care of and in a safe place.

For all pets there are two choices for pet boarding:

In your home care pet boarding:

Which includes in home care for your pet(s) while he/she is at your home. This includes feedings, and one 20 minute walk, any extra time needed will have an added charge.

On Property care:

Which includes your pet(s) coming to my home and being a part of my family. This includes one - two walks a day. A great way to socialize with knowledge that your dog is taken care of, your dog-friendly dog will have new forever friends to play with all day in the yards. However if a dog is not social with other dogs, do not fret; your pet will be able to be separated but still get to have fun, attention and all the care that every dog gets while here.

For all pets, it is up to you if your pet comes to my home or stays at yours.

**Owner may be requested that dog only does in-home boarding if it pertains to the dogs behavior while at Doggy 9-1-1.**

I also offer a small grooming charge if you would like me to bathe, clip nails, or brush your pet's teeth. Nails $10.00. Bath $30.00. Teeth Brush $10.00. All pricing depends on if your dog is grooming reactive or not.

Please let me know at the time of drop off if you would like any grooming done on your dog.

This way I am able to make sure your pet goes home looking great when you and your pet are reunited.

Note: I am not a certified dog groomer, all grooming is subjected by personal experience.

the pet's behavior and sociability when he/she is in my care.

All rights reserved to change the price during pets stay if behavior problems, sanitary problems, or medical problems with your dog occur.

All dogs need to be up to date on all vaccinations, including but not limited to D.A.P, Rabies, and Bordetella.

PRICES:

On Property Boarding:

Altered Dogs - Basic start at price is $30.00 per dog per day. *tax included.

Adult Intact dogs - Basic start at price is $40.00 per dog per day. *tax included.

Dispensing Medication will be an extra $2.50 per dose needed while in Doggy 9-1-1 care.

All dogs need to be up to date on all vaccinations, including but not limited to D.A.P, Rabies, and Bordetella. 

Pick up / Drop off prices start at $7.50 each for Penticton, Okanagan Falls, Kaleden and Oliver.

Price will increase if the pick up or drop off is outside of this radius.

In your home Pet Boarding:

Basic rate for 2x home visits, once in the morning and once at night for feeding and elimination,

and either a 30 minute walk or 30 minute playtime/company.

Dogs: $40.00 per dog, per day. *tax included

Cats - $30.00 per cat per day. *tax included

Small animals or reptiles - $15.00 per pet per day. *tax included

Pee Breaks:

Dogs: $30.00 per dog *tax included

Includes: Letting your dog to go out to pee, and have 15 minutes of social or play time

in the yard or a quick walk to stretch their legs.

Note: Cat, Reptile and Small Pet Boarding at Doggy 9-1-1 is unavailable at this time.
However, I can still take care of your kitty/small pet or reptile in the comfort of your home.

 All aggressive dog classes focus on stopping aggressive behavior in any shape or form; growling, nipping, snapping, biting, etc. This class is for dogs who are already aggressive, or if you think your dog could become aggressive, this class will help you nip anything in the bud if something should occur later. My aggressive dog class is a positive reinforcement class only, there is no physical abuse, scolding, shouting of any kind.

Dogs are required to wear a muzzle or a Halti or other head harness and be on leash at all times if they have already broken skin on another animal or a person.

This class will be a private class only.

This class gives you the owner the tools, confidence and know-how to work with, change and rehabilitate your dog to the good dog you know he/she can be. This class comes in a 6, 8, 10, and 12 week course, 1 class per week, depending on the level of aggression.

For dogs that have already bitten and broken skin on a person or another animal, the dog will be placed in a 10 or 12 week course.

For dogs that have only growled or shown some aggression but have not bitten and broken skin before will be placed in a 6 or 8 week course.

Travel Charge: 

Travel charges are attached to classes if the class location lives further than 30km  from Doggy 9-1-1. Travel charges range from $7.50 - $15.00 per class.

​Children's "Puppy 101" Class is designed to teach children from the ages of 5-15 what it takes to own and take care of a puppy/dog. This class is for parents to see if their child is ready for a dog/puppy. Parents are encouraged to sit and watch the children as they interact with all the daily chores of owning a dog/puppy. Dogs/puppies will be supplied by Doggy 9-1-1. Children will learn how to feed, give water too, pet, train, groom,walk a dog/puppy, and pick up after, and learn how to read dog behavior. Everything that the parent would have to do if the child is not ready for the responsibility of owning a puppy/dog.

Each course is 4 weeks with 1 class per week at $175.00. *tax included

All dogs will be up to date on all vaccinations, including but not limited to DAP, Rabies, and Bordetella.
